Account Information: Name, email, phone number, city, state, lash specialty.
Payment Information: Processed through our third-party payment provider. ALCB does not directly store credit card numbers.
Professional Information: Certification status, course progress, assessment results, member ID, directory profile details.
Social Media: Instagram and TikTok handles for portfolio auto-sync (publicly available posts only).
Usage Data: Page visits, feature usage, device information, IP address.
Communications: Records of calls, texts, and emails between ALCB and you.
To deliver services, display your directory profile publicly (name, city, specialty, member ID, and status are intentionally public-facing), process payments, send communications, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.
By creating an account, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, and telephone, including calls and messages made using AI-assisted and automated technology.
You may opt out of marketing by replying STOP to any text, clicking unsubscribe in emails, or updating account preferences. Opting out does not affect transactional communications.
AI Disclosure: ALCB uses AI-assisted technology for certain outbound calls and messages. By providing your phone number and creating an account, you provide prior express written consent to receive such communications.
ALCB complies with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, all applicable FCC regulations, and A2P 10DLC requirements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

ALCB uses commercially reasonable security measures. No method is 100% secure. You are responsible for account credential security.
